Consent First

Attendees must follow venue rules and applicable law. A clear no or withdrawal of consent must be respected immediately. Silence or previous consent does not equal permission. No harassment, pressure, threats, stalking, discriminatory abuse, hidden recording, violence, trafficking or unlawful conduct.

Privacy

We collect information necessary for registration, booking, age declaration, payment reconciliation, ticketing and event access. Public tickets use a generated display name when configured by the event planner. We do not ask attendees to upload identity documents. Data should be accessed only by authorized staff and retained only as long as required by the event operator and applicable requirements.

Photography & recording

Attendees are not permitted to photograph, video, livestream or secretly record other attendees. Concerns should be reported to the event safety officer immediately. Serious incidents may be reported to emergency services or police as appropriate.
